Improve Conversion Rate by Showcasing Member Experience
The fitness company aimed to increase membership conversions by showcasing the value of their offerings. Through collaboration, we identified the opportunity to highlight both the unique membership perks and the personal experiences of individual members.
To bring this to life, I launched an Instagram series titled "How Do You Niche?"— a monthly spotlight featuring different members sharing their favorite perks, classes, and what they love most about being part of the community. In the months after this series was launched, membership counts significantly incresaed.

Tap into Bridal Audience in the Wellness Space
The Pilates studio sought to tap into the bridal market, with a focus on bachelorette parties and private group classes. From a client perspective, the main challenge was a lack of awareness around these offerings.
To address this, I developed a targeted Instagram and newsletter series specifically for brides. We built anticipation by teasing bride-focused content to our existing clients, then launched a monthly bridal newsletter featuring ideas for private classes, space rentals, themed Pilates Princess bachelorette parties, and more to position the studio as a go-to destination for pre-wedding festivities. Since launching the campaign, we’ve expanded our offerings to include both in-studio and off-site private Pilates classes for bachelorette groups due to high interest.

Increase Community Events & Partnerships
The wellness space aimed to host more community pop-ups to expand their offerings and build meaningful local partnerships.
I began connecting with like-minded businesses to create collaborative events and cross-promote through our social media channels. These partnerships helped us grow our audience and deepen community engagement. Notable examples include rooftop mat Pilates at a local boutique hotel, a community walk in collaboration with a neighborhood floral shop, and the launch of a monthly “Studio Happenings” Instagram caption to spotlight upcoming events and community moments.
